With 29 years as CEO of a leading technology integration firm, Edwin has a track record of successfully managing complex, high-stakes projects for government and military clients, including NASA and multiple U.S. Air Force bases. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, combining strategic oversight with deep technical knowledge to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative network infrastructure solutions.

- Spearheaded the design and implementation of secure communications networks for critical facilities, including Langley AFB, Beale AFB, Osan AB, Nellis AFB, Hickam AFB, and Ramstein AB.
- Led the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable infrastructures, such as the Common Mission Control Center (CMCC) at Beale AFB and the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) CMCC MILCON project at Hill AFB.
- Served as Principal Investigator for NASA research projects, applying innovative ICT technologies to enhance General Aviation programs.
